By installing the program, you automatically accept this license agreement.

The program is distributed AS IS. You are using the program and the results of its work at you own risk.
The author is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this program or its parts.
Not guaranteed the absence of errors in the program and work of it in specific version of Windows or locale.

You have the right to use the program and its results both personal and commercial purposes. You also have the right to copy, transmit, publish installation exacutable of the program while maintaining it in its original form.
You have the right to make changes to any files supplied with the program and installed on your PC, except the license agreement, the executable program file, and installation setup file. 
You have the right to modify the interpretation texts, create and distribute your own interpretation modules.                                   

You MAY NOT modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reconstruct source code, as well as transmit and distribute registration key for full version of the program in any way.
You may use the personal registration key on an unlimited number of home computers in place of living and/or two computers in your organization.

The copyright on the interpretation and additional modules, interpretaion texts belong their authors, and authors of relevant sources.
